1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and placing an order with Lilly Neon, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of communication between you and Lilly Neon.
2. Products and Services
Lilly Neon offers custom LED neon signs and pre-designed neon light products. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update products at any time without prior notice.
3. Payment Terms
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently accept Cash on Delivery as our primary payment method. Payment must be made in full at the time of delivery in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD).

- Free shipping on orders over 1000 MAD
4. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout Morocco. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

- Standard shipping: 50 MAD
- Free shipping on orders over 1000 MAD
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days. Custom orders may require additional processing time. We will contact you to confirm delivery details.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, we will contact you via phone to confirm your order details and arrange delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is defective or damaged
- The product does not match the description
- You received the wrong item
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made neon signs (personalized designs)
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
- Products without original packaging
Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded within 7-14 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile money.
6. Product Warranty
All LED neon signs come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or use
- Normal wear and tear
- Electrical surges or power issues
- Unauthorized modifications
7. Limitation of Liability
Lilly Neon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of Lilly Neon and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
