Each neon sign is handmade by the Lilly Neon team, right here in Morocco 🇲🇦.

For pre-made designs from our collection, normal delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your destination.

For custom designs created through our Custom Designer, delivery takes 7–15 business days, depending on complexity and destination.

After placing your order, our confirmation team will contact you within 24 hours. Once your order has been confirmed during that call, it is immediately sent to our production workshop.

Unfortunately, cancellations or refunds after the confirmation call are not possible, as production begins immediately. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming.

For pre-made designs, payment can be made either by Cash on Delivery (COD) or in advance via bank transfer.

For custom designs, full payment is required in advance via bank transfer before production begins. This ensures your custom order is secured and prioritized in our workshop.

Returns & Refunds

Our policies on returns, repairs, and warranty

All orders are handmade exclusively for you by our production team here in Morocco 🇲🇦. Because each piece is custom-crafted, we are unfortunately unable to accept standard returns.

However, we proudly offer a free replacement in the event that your order arrives defective or does not match the specifications you confirmed.

At Lilly Neon, we are committed to delivering the highest quality on the market. We exclusively use premium-grade materials, and every item undergoes rigorous quality control before being carefully packaged and shipped.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or does not function as expected, we will promptly exchange the item free of charge. Simply contact us at getinfo@lillyneon.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.
